How do I book an accommodation?

Search for your preferred city, browse available properties, select your preferred space and type, choose your move-in date, and complete payment to confirm your booking.

Can I visit the property before booking?

Yes, you can request a site visit through the property page. The owner or caretaker will coordinate a convenient time for you to see the property.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancellations made 7+ days before move-in get a full refund minus platform fees. 3-6 days: 50% refund. Within 48 hours: no refund. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

How do I contact my property owner?

Once your booking is confirmed, you can message the property owner through the booking details page. Contact information is also shared in the confirmation email.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can request an extension through your booking details page. The owner must approve the extension, and additional payment may be required.

What is the security deposit?

A refundable caution deposit is collected at the time of booking. This is refunded at move-out subject to property inspection for damages.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Use the Complaints section in your account to report any issues. You can also contact the property caretaker directly for urgent matters.

Can I switch rooms after booking?

Room changes are subject to availability and owner approval. Contact support or the property owner to request a change.
